Will I get a Report?

Absolutely!  Your computerized inspection report will be emailed to the address you provided within 24 hours upon completing the inspection.  Every report is easy to read and come complete with digital photos showing important areas of concern.

Can I come to the inspection?

I encourage my clients to come to their inspection!  This is your time with the inspector to ask questions and see what your inspector sees in your future home.  I will also point out common maintenance areas when needed.

What do I do if the inspection reveals deficiencies?

There is no such thing as a perfect house.  A home inspection is performed so that you are aware of the problems before you buy.  This gives you the opportunity to bring  issues to the seller to fix or know what might need to budget for once you move in.

What does a Tex Star Inspection include?
